Grit and sand blasting
We are using grit and sand blasting machines for cleaning welded, fabricated parts, as a preparation for painting.
The machines are dedicated separately for stainless and carbon steel. We are using glass bead blasting mostly for stainless steel, high quality vacuum pump parts to achieve smooth and semi gloss surfaces.

Semi automatic painting line with conveyor and
drying chamber, painting chambers for large parts.
CMM / Scanning
Coordinate measurements and optical scanning of parts to be inspected. Leak testing of critical parts by using special Helium Leak tester
Flame cutting
CNC controlled flame cutting machine is applicable for thick hot rolled sheet metal processing.
