CMM / 3D scanning / Leak testing
To assure the best quality services for all of our customers, we provide CMM measurements at all of our sites, Bicske, Helvécia and Nagykanizsa as well. We have 7 CMM’s total and one GOM optical scanner. We can 3D measure parts up to 800x1000x1200 mm.
Quality control Bicske
Tehnocar Bicske site has got two CMM’s and one GOM optical scanning device.
Quality control Helvécia
Our Helvécia site is equipped with two CMM’s and one Helium Leak Tester. With the help of this Phoenix L300i leakage detector we are 100% leak testing machined, and assembled vacuum pump parts as requested by our customers.
Quality control Nagykanizsa
Our Nagykanizsa site is also well equipped with CMM’s. We are operating three different CMM’s, using always the one which best suits to the measuring process requested.
